Service Description

Join me on a 5 week journey to transition this Spring into feeling lighter and inspired! This series of classes are themed around a SPRING CLEAN of the mind, body and soul. We will work each week to clear the mind from busy and cluttered thoughts, create space in the breath and body to keep the energy (prana) flowing smoothly. We will cleanse our energetic field, clearing any Karmas that are blocking opportunities and synchronicities that are meant for us. When we create space in the body, we will feel more open and lighter, allowing for our system to function efficiently, from the digestive, respiratory to the circulatory. When we create space in the mind, we allow for ideas and opportunity to flow and connect with our creativity. I invite you to create space through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, Breath work, Meditation and more to invite renewed energy in after the stagnant Winter season.
