Move & Make
An Autumn Equinox Yoga + Creative Ritual
Saturday 19th September · Online · 2:00 - 4:30pm
The changing seasons are an invitation to pay a little more attention to our bodies.
As we move from the warmth and expansiveness of summer into autumn, our routines, energy and needs begin to shift. It can be a time when we notice ourselves needing more rest, nourishment and grounding.
We’ll use this beautiful Autumn Equinox threshold as an opportunity to explore simple ways of caring for ourselves through the season ahead — from movement and breath to rest, reflection and the small rituals that help us feel nourished.
When we tend to ourselves at these seasonal turning points, we create a stronger foundation for whatever the months ahead may bring.
A little seasonal reset
This is an invitation to step out of the busyness of everyday life and make some space for yourself.
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation and gentle reflection before moving through an autumn-inspired yoga practice — warming the body, releasing tension and gradually turning our attention inward.
There’ll be time for a simple creative ritual, using collage, drawing and words to explore the themes of harvesting, releasing and nourishing.
We'll finish with Yin and Nidra for deep rest.
