Absolutely. The Living Library is a judgment-free zone. Our classes are designed to guide you from the very first stroke and the very first breath. We focus on the feeling and the process, not on creating a masterpiece or doing a perfect handstand.

For Yoga, all you need is a mat, a quite space and comfortable clothes.

Yes! You can upgrade your "path" at any time through your account settings. If you feel like you need more freedom and want to dive into the archives, the transition is seamless.

Once you join, you’ll receive a calendar with the weekly schedule. All Live classes are hosted on [Zoom/Squarespace Video]. You’ll get a link to join the virtual studio, where you can see the teacher and connect with the community.

If you are on the The Live Flow path, the focus is on the real-time experience. However, if you are an Infinite Journey member, every single Live class is uploaded to the Archive within 24 hours, so you can watch the replay whenever you like.
