Move & Make
Samhain Yoga + Creative Ritual
Saturday 31st October · Online · 2:00 - 4:30pm
The changing seasons invites us to pause and pay a little more attention to ourselves.
As we move from autumn into the darker half of the year, the rhythm of life begins to change. The days grow shorter, the natural world turns inwards, and we may find ourselves craving more rest, warmth, nourishment and quiet.
Samhain is a seasonal threshold. A time to acknowledge what has come to an end, honour what has shaped us, and make space for what we want to carry forward.
We’ll use this turning point as an opportunity to slow down and explore simple ways of caring for ourselves through the season ahead — through movement, reflection, creativity and rest.
When we take time to honour these seasonal transitions, we create space to notice what we’re ready to release, what is worth remembering, and what we want to tend to through the winter months.
A seasonal threshold
This is an invitation to step out of the busyness of everyday life and make some space for yourself.
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation and gentle reflection before moving through a slow, warming yoga practice — helping us arrive in the body and gradually turn our attention inward.
There’ll be time for a simple creative ritual using collage, drawing and words to explore the themes of releasing, remembering and carrying forward. A chance to make something personal and intuitive, without any pressure to create something beautiful — just something true.
We’ll finish with a deeply restful Yin practice and Yoga Nidra, allowing everything to settle as we move towards stillness.

Just come as you are. -
No artistic experience necessary.
You don't need to consider yourself creative or “good at art”. This is about playing, noticing and making something that feels meaningful to you.

No problem if you can’t make it live! The workshop will be recorded and you will have access for 14 days after.
