A retreat for those craving slowness, softness, and space to reconnect.
This October, I’m inviting a small circle of guests to join me in Sicily for a gentle, grounding retreat in a sun-filled villa nestled among a rural garden and lemon trees.
Held at a family-owned villa in the countryside, this retreat is an invitation to exhale. To let go of the daily noise. To move gently. To write or draw quietly. To nourish your body with local food. To be held by rhythm, warmth, and stillness.
What’s Included

5 nights / 6 days accommodation in a traditional Sicilian villa

Daily yoga classes (a blend of Kundalini, gentle flow & Yin)

Creative practices: guided journaling, sketchbook prompts, and quiet studio time

Seasonal Sicilian meals made with local ingredients (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Tea, Coffee and Bottled water.

Rest + spacious afternoons for swimming, sunbathing, walking, reading, doing nothing

Optional excursions: a trip to the sea, the local market, or a sunset walk

All yoga equipment provided – mats, bolsters, and blankets
The nearest airport is Trapani 20 minutes or Palermo 75 minutes drive.
Flights and transfers are not included, however we can arrange taxis for you or arrange a taxi share with other guests arriving the same day. There are also coaches that run from Palermo airport to Marsala town, where we can pick you up.
Local excursions include, boat trips to near by islands: Mozia and Favignana and trips to nearby towns of Marsala, Trapani and Erice.
