The Winter Cocoon is a 7-week immersive journey through the heart of winter — blending slow embodied yoga practices with intuitive creative exploration.

This is not a course about learning techniques or achieving more.
It’s a gentle cocoon for your inner world: a place to rest, create, observe, soften, and feel held.

You’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, write, collage and draw — all at your own pace, in a warm online circle.

Weekly Themes

A poetic glimpse into the journey:
Week 1 — Arrival & Settling
Enter the cocoon. Land. Breathe. Set gentle winter intentions. Soft movement + creative opening.
Week 2 — Deepening Inward
Body awareness, inner listening, breathwork + collage journalling.
Week 3 — Quiet Observation
Yin practice + observational still-life drawing. Seeing without judgement.
Week 4 — Midwinter Pause
Restorative yoga + long winter journalling. Embracing stillness.
Week 5 — Soft Expansion
Slow flow vinyasa + drawing the human form through gentle yoga postures.
Week 6 — Integration
Kundalini + meditation + doodling + connecting emerging insights.
Week 7 — Emergence & Closing Ritual (2 hours)
Creative altar piece, gentle flow & restore, reflection, gratitude + closing circle.
