Season of Soft Transitions

An Autumn Equinox Online Retreat

Sunday 21st September 2025 | 2pm-4:30pm | Zoom

Join us for an afternoon of gentle movement, reflection and deep rest as we honour the turning of the season. All sessions will be guided live via Zoom, with time to rest, and settle between practices.

As summer softens into autumn, this retreat offers space to come home to yourself — to ground, to listen, and to prepare for the slower months ahead. Through embodied practices, journaling, and guided relaxation, we’ll tend to the subtle shifts within and around us.

This is a time to gather your energy, reconnect with your intentions, and nourish the body and mind after the outward stretch of summer.

Whether you’re seeking stillness, inspiration, or simply a chance to pause — Soft Transitions invites you into a season of deeper alignment.

Meet the Facilitators

Virginia Walker

Yoga Teacher, Doula, Reiki Practitioner

I’m Virginia — a yoga teacher, doula, and reiki practitioner. I support people through life’s transitions with steadiness and care, helping them feel empowered, grounded and connected to themselves.

With over a decade of experience, I specialise in yoga for ageing well, prenatal and postnatal yoga, and accessible, therapeutic practices for those in recovery with learning disabilities, mental and physical illnesses, surgery, or injury. My teaching blends strength and softness, combining intentional movement, breathwork and deep rest to build resilience in both body and mind.

I’m trained in trauma-informed care and work with people navigating recovery, grief, and major life transitions. Whether teaching from my studio in West Yorkshire or connecting online, I offer a space of warmth, clarity, and quiet strength where people feel truly seen and supported.

Hannah Joseph

Yoga Teacher, illustrator, Creative Guide

I’m Hannah — a yoga teacher and artist creating spaces where movement and creativity meet. I guide practices that help people reconnect with their inner world, soften self-judgement, and feel more at home in their bodies.

With a background in art and design and a deep love for somatic practice, my teaching blends Kundalini-inspired movement, breath work, meditation, and creative reflection. My classes are gentle, nourishing, and rooted in seasonal wisdom — a space to pause, to notice, and to begin again.

I work primarily online, sharing classes, courses and retreats that invite introspection and self-expression. Whether on the mat or the page, I believe in the power of slowing down, listening closely, and honouring the natural rhythms within and around us.
